The Saudi Society of Microscopes is a recently-established specialist scientific society that focuses on sciences involving the use of microscopes, such as medicine, biological Sciences, chemistry, physics, geosciences, marine sciences and materials science.
It was founded in pursuance of the KAU Scientific Council's resolution No. 15 adopted at its 20^th meeting on 4/6/1428.
The Founding Committee of the society was also approved by the KAU Scientific Council's resolution No. 22 adopted at its 3^rd
meeting on 27/11/1429.
